Tobie has specialized in all areas of the escrow process and now dedicates her time and expertise trending and preparing for the constant changes in the real estate market.  This personal commitment is to ensure that College Escrow, Inc. provides all customers with relevant, dynamic and unparalleled service.   

Tobie began her escrow career in 1986 and found a passion for not only the intricacies of the business itself but the opportunity to help people.  Since founding College Escrow, Inc. in 1992 the company philosophy continues to follow Tobie’s personal objective, “Challenges are met with solutions in mind, and all endeavors should not be self serving; they should involve people taking care of people.”

Raising three children with husband Vince proves for a busy family life.  Tobie’s personal interests are cooking, yoga, music and writing.  As an avid nature lover and outdoor person, Tobie also enjoys time spent horseback riding, snow skiing and wake boarding, jogging and gardening.   She continues to support service groups and foster relationships as “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service of others.”-Mohandas Gandhi.
